Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance. Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
