JOB DESCRIPTION * eCustomer Management Support the Senior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce Pure Player customers * Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the eContent & Search Team * Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom * Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability * Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization * eCustomer Database Maintenance Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations * Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities * Support eCommerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholder * Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation - Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines - Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy [#J-ENTERPRISE] [#J-MIN] #J-*****-Ljbffr
