budgeting and forecasting * Build strong relationship with Engineering to ensure adequate financial support * Manage ROI processes with Marketing and ensure R&D; policy compliance * Monitor all R&D; costs at divisional level, collaborating with foreign subsidiaries * Support monthly actual closing for emerging business * Develop and maintain reporting on R&D; project costs, variances, profitability, and project completion * Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting Responsabilità * Bachelor in Business Administration or Management Engineering * Fluent English * 5+ years of experience in a controlling/controlling department * Experience with multinational manufacturing companies * Ability to work independently and in a team * Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines * SAP knowledge is preferential Requisiti fondamentali * base salary from EUR ****** * annual premio up to 8% of base salary * additional benefits (insurances) * CCNL Metalmeccanico #J-*****-Ljbffr
