/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaboration in the management of short?term variable incentive plans (MBO) (target assignment, campaign progress monitoring, payout calculation) /li liOperational support for long?term incentive plans (LTI), both cash and equity /li liSupport in the management and implementation of the Salary Review process /li liSupport in managing benefits and interacting with payroll /li liSupport in the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive /li liUpdating and maintaining HR tools (Success Factor, database, Excel reporting)
