You will oversee the lifecycle of an event, ensuring that creative ideas are supported by flawless logistics and technical precision.Your ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations: participate in the end-to-end coordination of live events, including site visits, technical riders, and on-site stage management oversight.End-to-End Project Management: develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all internal departments and external partners meet their deadlines.Vendor Management: manage relationships with technical suppliers (audio, video, lighting etc.).
Talent & Booking Liaison: act as operational point of contact for artist management and booking agencies.
Handle "the advance" (logistics, transport, hospitality,



and technical requirements) for local and international talent.Quality & Safety Assurance: ensure every event complies with safety regulations and maintains the high aesthetic and technical standards of the GEKAI on Stage brand.Your ProfileLanguage Mastery: Native or C1 English is non-negotiable.
You will be dealing with international agencies and technical crews daily.Industry Track Record: previous experience in event production, booking, or project management.
We need someone who understands the rhythm and the "unforeseens" of the live entertainment world.The Golden Skill: Teamwork.
