Experteer OverviewIn this role you will design, implement and optimize advanced robotic systems for a semiconductor dark factory environment, supporting Industry4.0 objectives.
You will collaborate with production, logistics and maintenance to boost efficiency, quality and safety, deploying ARVs, robotics and automated transport.
You'll test, validate and document solutions while staying aligned with SEMI standards and advancing robotics capabilities.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional position with a strong focus on innovation and practical impact.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop advanced robotic systems (ARVs, robotics, overhead transport) for microelectronics manufacturing
Develop motion control, perception and decision?making algorithms
Integrate sensors, actuators and control systems in cross?functional projects
Support AMHS operations and maintenance of automation equipment
Test, validate and release robotic systems to production with rigorous verification
Conduct SECS/GEM characterizations for equipment and ensure safety compliance
Deploy robotics solutions in dark room/zones and optimize path routing and material handling
Create technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders
Stay updated on robotics and AI advancements and contribute to innovative research initiatives
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in related fields (robotics, mechanical, mechatronics, computer science)
Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB xysqume
Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
Knowledge of semiconductor frontend/backend processes
Strong knowledge of kinematics, dynamics and control systems
Familiarity with sensors, actuators and embedded systems
Excellent problem?solving and collaborative skills
Strong communication and technical documentation abilities
