Senior Consultant, Supply Chain & Operations, Management Consulting In this role you will drive supply chain transformation initiatives for life sciences clients, working within the Supply Chain & Operations practice in Milan. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional IQVIA teams to deliver strategic to operational projects, from maturity assessments to process redesign and digital solutions. You'll leverage IQVIA data assets to uncover insights and support client workshops and proposals. The position blends independent work with team leadership and stakeholder engagement across Italy.

Analyze client requirements to craft value-added proposals
Engage with clients and present tailored solutions, collaborating with Analytics, Real World, Market Research, and others
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using IQVIA data assets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client strategies and relationships across management levels
Contribute to client workshops and post-workshop follow-up
Support proposal development and sourcing activities for Principals
Work with clients onsite in Italy, with hybrid travel and team collaboration
Coordinate and supervise junior team members and provide guidance
5+ years of consulting experience in transformation projects within Supply Chain and Operations
Experience in Life Sciences is preferred
MSc in Engineering/Economics/Management
ASCM (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD) and PMI (CAPM/PMP) certifications are a plus
Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Experience with client relationship development at senior levels
