Finished Product Quality Controller - Italy (M/F)
In this role you ensure finished jewelry meets Chaumet's quality standards across multiple sites in Italy. You work on?site with workshops and suppliers to maintain a high, consistent quality level. You will handle 100% or sampled inspections, report findings, and drive corrective actions in a multi?site luxury production environment. This is a hands?on, field?based position with significant responsibility contributing to Chaumet's reputation for excellence.
Perform production quality controls directly at suppliers and partner workshops
Inspect finished pieces (Accessory, Precious, and High Jewelry) at end of production
Conduct 100% or sampled inspections per control parameters
Verify conformity against Chaumet Client Maison Quality Charter and related documents
Identify non?conformities, coordinate with workshops for corrective actions
Raise quality alerts and monitor remediation




Challenge workshops to maintain required quality standards
Control maintenance pieces and after?sales service stock as applicable
Record results in control software and prepare reports for stakeholders
Lead debriefings with suppliers and participate in quality and process audits
Contribute to process/product improvement and update quality charters
Participate in problem?solving workshops and cross?functional reviews
Jewelry or technical training and at least 5 years of experience in quality control or workshop in high jewelry, jewelry, or luxury
Strong product sensitivity and rigorous quality standards
Autonomy in field?based, multi?site environments
Ability to enforce high standards with diplomacy and firmness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in Italian and French; English is a plus
