The candidate will support sales activities through effective CRM management, data analysis, and customer engagement, contributing to business growth and improved sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency;
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions;
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to provide actionable insights;
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance;
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to optimize customer journeys;
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of CRM processes and workflows;
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines;
- Provide support and guidance to users on CRM tools when needed.

Requisiti

- 1–2 years of experience in CRM,



Sales Operations, Sales Analyst or a similar role;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Experience in data visualization and reporting;
- Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
