To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will contribute to attracting, engaging and developing outstanding talent while supporting the evolution of our People function. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the HRBP and collaborate with managers, founders and healthcare leaders across the organization. AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST YOU WILL: Publish job postings and screen CVs across multiple departments Organize and schedule interviews Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes Conduct first motivational and cultural interviews Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through continuous follow-up and communication Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation collection and preparation Prepare welcome kits and support operational onboarding activities Update employee records and maintain basic HR reporting Manage HR tools and support people administration activities Support the preparation of HR documentation and contracts Contribute to the organization of company events, workshops and offsites Coordinate operational learning activities (training calendars, registrations, reminders)
