/p pbRole Purpose: /b /p pTo support the development of partnerships and prospective family engagement by coordinating outreach, maintaining communication, events, and supporting the admissions process from first enquiry through to enrolment.
/p pThe role works closely with the Director of Admissions Marketing and the Admissions team to ensure that prospective families and partners experience clear communication, thoughtful follow-up.
/p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ulliResearch and identify clients and networks relevant to the community, including relocation agents, employers, embassies, and international /liliMake initial contact with prospective partners and maintain ongoing communication.




/liliDevelop a good understanding of partner communities and requirements.
/liliMaintain accurate records of communication and follow-up activity.
/li /ul ulliWork closely with the Admissions team to support prospective families throughout the admissions process.
/liliSupport communication with newly enrolled families prior to opening /liliAssist with follow-up activity after meetings, events, and visits.
/liliHelp ensure families receive timely information and responses.
/li /ul ulliCoordinate events for prospective families and partners, including small group information sessions, community gatherings, partner dinners, and networking events.
/liliManage invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communication.
/liliSupport the smooth running of events and visits.

/liliSupport preparation of presentations, information packs, and event materials.
