The Legal Team is dedicated to protecting the reputation of Boehringer in order to operate legally, morally and ethically as a business.
To ensure Boehringer Ingelheim continues to be trusted and respected, the Company has guidelines that allow compliance with our legal, social, moral and ethical responsibilities of working.The Legal Department supports all internal functions in the Human Pharma and Animal Health businesses in solving legal issues, managing contracts, providing creative, timely and solutions?oriented legal services, respecting rules and regulations both from a local and global perspective.
You will have the opportunity to learn in these areas by supporting professionals at both the local and global level.Tasks & What You Will Be LearningSupporting the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing contracts, privacy policies and other legal documents.Managing local and global legal projects.Conducting privacy assessments.Assisting with competition law topics, including implementation of the antitrust compliance program.Preparing legal trainings for BI employees and third parties (e.G., contract management, antitrust, privacy).




Conducting legal research and case analysis applied to business projects.Supporting the use of tools associated with contracts' management (Cora/Efect/Docusign).
Supporting the execution of reporting activities focused on Legal activities, using the internal Legal Tool (Matter Intake Tool) and based on specific KPIs defined in the Legal Department.Developing and updating Legal communication tools (e.G., Intranet, Yammer).
RequirementsRecently graduated in Law.Digital skills (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI and graphic design platforms).
