/p h3ACCOUNTING APPLICATION SUPPORT (Multifonds) - Officer /h3 h3Main responsibilities: /h3 pAs part of the IT Team, the Multifonds(*) Accounting Application Support Officer will assist on the functional setup of the fund accounting platform and will provide support to the fund accounting team.
He/she will also manage "out-of-platform" requests for data extraction and general reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and the ability to work confidently with databases.

/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide first-level support for users of the fund accounting platform.
/li liHandle and track user request, incidents, and data-related queries.
/li liPerform basic checks on accounting data / mismatches.




/li liSupport routine operational tasks related to fund accounting processes.
/liliMaintain accurate documentation of request and resolutions.
Contribute to the knowledge database.
/li liData extraction from informational databases.
/li /ul h3Qualifications and experience: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in accounting, finance or equivalent /li liGood knowledge of investment funds and main financial products /li liProven experience on UCITS accounting /li liFluent in English, any other language is an advantage /li liGood knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Macros...) /li liExperience on data manipulation.
Ability to extract data from SQL databases.
/li liKnowledge in Multifonds.
/li liOptional: Knowledge in E-front or any other main fund accounting platform.
