/p /brh3Your Mission /h3 /brpWe are looking for a highly motivated bWholesale Marketing Manager /b to join our HQ based in Milan!
Reporting to the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence in the Wholesale and Travel Retail channels, with a global scope.
This role will serve as a key hub in coordinating and executing brand activations and initiatives, being the main point of contact for the Wholesale Team for channel marketing needs.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDesign and implement a proper channel marketing strategy tailored to wholesale sub-channels (Key Accounts, Distributors, Travel Retail, Franchising, Traditional) to increase sales, product visibility, market share.
/li /brliScout, manage and collaborate with external agencies to design dedicated displays and tools for Wholesale and Travel Retail, ensuring alignment with brand identity.




/li /brliOwn the Wholesale Catalogue project multi-functional creation and lead the process of sharing with Customers, in alignment with Wholesale Team.
/li /brliAdapt visual merchandising guidelines based on product assortments, working closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure consistency, through planogram management for key accounts and prioritary activations.
/li /brliSupervise and project-manage the most relevant fairs and events for the Wholesale and Travel Retail business, to ensure global consistency in Venchi's presence.
/li /brliOversee the execution of pop-ups and special activations, aimed to drive sales and visibility in high traffic locations.
/li /brliAnalyze Wholesale channel performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize channel-specific marketing tactics.
/li /brliCreate a comprehensive activation plan, aligned with Global Marketing guidelines, incorporating in-store experiences and promotional guidelines.
/li /brliContinuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain the brand's competitive edge in Wholesale and Travel Retail channels.
/li /br /ul /brh3The Ideal Candidate /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record in channel marketing management, and creating best practices for Wholesale channels.




/li /brliStrong expertise in Wholesale channels and in-depth understanding of their unique dynamics.
/li /brliEffective communicator, skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels to clearly articulate Venchi's strategic vision.
/li /brliCommercially astute, with the ability to assess market trends, identify trade opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans.
/li /brliProject management driven and experienced in collaborating with external agencies to achieve business goals.
/li /brliBased in Milan and experienced in working on a Global scale.
/li /brliFluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
