ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at the locations of a leading international retail client.
/p pThis is a freelance, on-demand opportunity.
Assignments will be allocated based on your geographic location and availability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
/li liDiagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues.
/li liInstall and replace routers, switches, Wi?Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
/li liPerform hardware upgrades and break/fix support.
/li liComplete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention.
/li liCollaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
/li liStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN /li liExperience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba,



Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
/li liExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
/li liValid driver's license and willingness to travel.
/li liFluent in talian.
/li liGood command of English(mandatory).
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.
/li liExperience providing IT support for retail stores or retail environments.
