/b /pp• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail /pp• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases /p pb Contract: /b /pp Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week /pp RAL: *****K /p pb Qualifications: /b /pp• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
/pp• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
