You will operate at the center of a global, matrixed organization, driving scalable and compliant delivery across complex projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide oversight and governance across a portfolio of multi-country RWE programs /li liEnsure delivery excellence, including quality, timelines, and financial performance /li liSupport proposal development and delivery model definition across the sell–deliver lifecycle /li liProvide scientific and methodological leadership, ensuring robust and fit-for-purpose evidence generation /li liEnable consistent application of the RWCO operating model and collaboration across global teams /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAct as a senior escalation and decision-making point for complex projects /li liDrive risk management and issue resolution across programs /li liSupport commercial performance, including margin discipline and account growth /li liContribute to the scalability and continuous improvement of RWE delivery /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liExtensive experience in Real World Evidence, clinical research,
