ppTP-Link Italy is looking for a business-oriented HR Business Partner to support the continued growth of our Italian organization. This role will work closely with the Country Manager and local leadership team to drive organization planning, talent strategy, performance management, business leader development, key talent retention, and employee relations. /p pThis is not a purely operational HR role. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the business, helping ensure that TP-Link Italy has the right structure, the right people, and the right management capabilities to support sustainable business growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. Organization Planning and Talent Strategy /h3 ul liPartner with the Country Manager to translate business objectives into organization and workforce plans. /li liWork with business leaders to identify organizational capability gaps, critical roles, and future talent needs. /li liSupport organization design and optimization across Sales, Marketing, B2B, Channel, E-commerce, Technical Support, After-sales, and other local functions. /li liConduct regular organization diagnostics and provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency, collaboration, and business performance. /li /ul h32. Critical Hiring and Talent Mapping /h3 ul liDrive talent strategy for critical roles, including Sales, Key Account, E-commerce, B2B, Product Marketing, Technical Support, and other business-critical positions. /li liBuild and maintain talent maps for relevant industries in Italy, including ICT, consumer electronics, networking products, channel sales, e-commerce, and B2B sectors. /li liWork closely with business managers and recruitment resources to ensure high-quality and timely hiring. /li liParticipate in interviews, candidate assessment, and offer decisions for key positions. /li /ul h33. Performance Management /h3 ul liDrive the implementation of TP-Link Italy’s performance management process, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, performance evaluation, and calibration. /li liSupport department heads in defining clear, measurable, and business-relevant KPIs. /li liCoach managers on performance conversations, low-performance management, and performance improvement plans. /li liEnsure performance outcomes are effectively linked to bonus decisions, promotion, talent development, and people actions. /li /ul h34.
Leadership Development and Talent Review /h3 ul liLead regular talent review processes to identify high performers, high potentials, key successors, and low-performance risks. /li liSupport the Country Manager in strengthening the local management team and improving leadership capability. /li liDesign and implement manager coaching, leadership development, and team management initiatives. /li liBuild succession plans for critical roles to reduce organizational dependency on individual key employees. /li /ul h35. Key Talent Retention and Engagement /h3 ul liEstablish key talent retention mechanisms and identify potential attrition risks among critical employees. /li liProvide regular talent risk analysis and action recommendations to the Country Manager. /li liSupport improvements in compensation, premio, promotion, and career development mechanisms to retain core talent. /li liConduct employee interviews, feedback sessions, and organization pulse checks to identify emerging people issues. /li /ul h36. Employee Relations and Compliance /h3 ul liManage complex employee relations cases while ensuring compliance with Italian labor regulations and company policies. /li liWork with external labor law advisors, payroll providers, and HR service partners when needed. /li liSupport sensitive people actions, including low-performance management, disciplinary cases, restructuring, and employee exits. /li liBalance business needs with local compliance requirements and help managers make sound people decisions. /li /ul h37. Culture Building and Cross-cultural Communication /h3 ul liAct as a bridge between China headquarters, regional teams, and the Italian local organization. /li liHelp local employees understand company strategy, business priorities, and TP-Link’s corporate culture. /li liSupport the Country Manager in building a results-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused local culture. /li liDrive employee communication, team engagement, and organizational climate improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. /li liMinimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role. /li liProven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Channel, E-commerce, B2B, or other commercial teams. /li liGood knowledge of Italian labor law, employee relations, and local HR practices. /li liHands‑on experience in organization diagnosis, performance management, talent review, and manager coaching. /li liStrong business acumen, with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with the Country Manager and business leaders. /li liStrong communication, influencing, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, and cross‑cultural environment. /li liFluent in Italian and English.
