Our Client, leader in B2B distribution, is looking for a Quotations Manager to lead the end-to-end quotation and tender process for the Italian market and to supervise quotation activities for our Swiss subsidiary.
What you will do Lead and develop a team of 7 quotation specialists, Manage and supervise the full tender and quotation process, from document analysis to final submission, validating all technical, administrative, and economic elements Translate tender requirements into clear guidelines for internal teams and ensure consistent pricing structure, margin targets, and compliance Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and Category Management to prepare competitive, accurate and compliant bids Oversee quotation activities for the Swiss subsidiary, including coordination with outsourced partners Monitor key KPIs (conversion, margin performance, response times, compliance)
