You will lead contracting, vendor oversight and milestone tracking to prevent delays, while ensuring accurate cost estimates and payments.
You'll liaise with cross-functional teams and clients, advocating for the client during disputes and ensuring smooth close-out and handover.

Oversee General Contractor and direct vendors/consultants
Track critical milestones to avoid schedule slip
Review proposals, pricing, and scopes
Approve cost-loaded schedules and capital expenditures
Lead client and stakeholder meetings
Identify cost drivers and report on data
Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
Support engineering decisions during design-build changes




Review payment requests and ensure schedule-aligned equipment
Record and act on potential claims on behalf of the client
Coordinate scheduling consultant reviewsApprove final invoices and retention payments
Oversee transfer of building operations and warranties at close-out
ResponsabilitàUniversity degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the real estate sector
