/p h3Your mission /h3 pAs a FM Building Management System (BMS) Specialist, you will support the management, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) across the campus.
In this role you will be working on the design, implementation, and daily operational maintenance of BMS technologies, contributing to efficiency, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
You will report directly to the FM Hard Soft Services Manager.
/p pHuman Technopole, located in Milan MIND Area and counts more than ****** sqm of complex building infrastructures, highly technological laboratories and services.
The next stage of development will double the current size and will open multiple services to other national institutions.
/p h3Grow Your Skills /h3 ul liAssisting in the management and updates of BMS systems with external specialists.
/li liSupporting maintenance planning, cost tracking, and technical documentation for BMS systems.
/li liContributing to the development of a multi-year BMS integration plan.
/li liAssisting in defining BMS policies, SOPs, and system specifications.
/li liSupporting BIM integration in Facility Management, including updating system records and schematics.




/li liCollaborating with the ICT team to align framework configurations and security protocols.
/li liWorking on BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analysis, following established guidelines.
/li liParticipating in software logic verification and updates, under the supervision of internal specialists.
/li liWorking with maintenance technicians, assisting in daily training and BMS-related tasks.
/li liInteracting with contractors and vendors to support BMS projects.
/li liLogging and following up on fault reports in the Helpdesk system.
/li liContributing to BMS data analysis and energy efficiency improvements.
/li liAssisting in identifying and troubleshooting building system issues.
/li liSupporting configuration and optimization of BMS technologies.

/p h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liTechnical diploma.
/li liMinimum 3 years of experience in BMS systems.
/li liFamiliarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
/li liFluent in Italian (written and spoken).
/li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
/li liKnowledge of ICT frameworks and security standards management.




/li liExperience with BIM in Facility Management.
/li liKnowledge of SIEMENS, Schneider, Trend, or ISMA BMS systems.
/li liPrevious experience in research/hospital/university environments.
/li liFluency in English (written and spoken).
