ppJob description: /p h3Proposal Engineer /h3 pWe are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Cold Rolling Downstream Team, supporting the preparation and coordination of technical offers in line with client requirements, internal standard and cost estimates.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the technical development of proposals, ensuring alignment between client specifications, internal standards, and supplier input.
/li liDefine and validate preliminary plant layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and technical constraints.
/li liSupport risk analysis activities, contributing to the identification of technical and execution risks.
/li liInterface with Engineering to consolidate technical documentation, material lists, and scope definition.
/li liEnsure consistency between technical scope and cost estimates, identifying gaps or optimization opportunities.
/li liPrepare and integrate technical documentation for the final offer submission.
/li liMonitor progress of proposal development, ensuring timely execution and corrective actions when required.
/li liContribute to the evaluation of suppliers' quotations and technical alignment.
/li liCollaborate with Proposal, Technical and Commercial Managers in the final validation and submission of the offer.
/li liProvide feedback to RD on product improvements and innovation opportunities.
/li liContribute to market and technology monitoring within the cold rolling sector.




/li /ul h3What we ask for /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
/li liGood knowledge of contract types and their main features, including international contracts.
/li liKnowledge of CRM and SAP is mandatory.
/li liKnowledge of CAD Software, basic automation and data analysis tools is considered a plus.
/li liFluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
/li liStrong teamwork, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
