Role and responsibilities
We are looking for aOdoo Senior Developerwith proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex ERP and custom solutions based on theOdoo Enterpriseframework.
The role involves defining functional and technical architecture, overseeing implementation projects, and coordinating development and functional teams to ensure high-quality,



well-integrated solutions across enterprise or multi-company environments.
The ideal candidate combines deepOdoo expertisewith a broadend-to-end understanding of business processes(Finance, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management, HR, etc.) and strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Analyze business processes and define the most suitablesolution architecturebased onOdoo Enterprise;
Design and support the creation offunctional and technical blueprints, ensuring scalability, performance, and security;
Define theintegration strategywith external systems (CRM, eCommerce, PLM, MES, BI, etc.) via APIs, connectors, or middleware;
Collaborate withProduct OwnersandDelivery Teamsto translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications;
Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence toOdoo best practices, coding standards, and configuration guidelines;
Supportproject estimation and planning, contributing to the definition of deliverables and budgets;
Performcode reviews, architectural validations, and integration testing to ensure overall system quality;
Act as atechnical and methodological referencefor functional consultants and developers;
Contribute to theevolution of the company's Odoo roadmap,



proposing enhancements and innovations.
At lest 4 years of experience withOdoo Enterprise;
Strong knowledge of coreOdoo modules(Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Project, HR);
Proven experience in business process modeling andOdoo customization(server actions, Python, XML, QWeb, REST APIs);
Solid understanding ofOdoo technical architecture, PostgreSQL, Docker, Linux, and Git;
Experience with API/web service integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft);
Familiarity with or self-hosted cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP);
Ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation and architectural blueprints;
Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams;
Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields;
Good knowledge of english.
