We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the company's administrative operations. In a fast-paced video game development environment, this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry. Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships Manage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes Support finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination)Ensure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks Coordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies)Handle procurement of office supplies, software, and services Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory,
