and scope with corrective actions as needed * Identify and resolve project issues and risks with practical solutions * Prepare and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, costs, and milestones for management * Build relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders while representing the company * Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities * Implement BIM methodologies to enhance coordination and visualization * Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and municipalities * Assist with land-related clarifications with local authorities and RFI * Assist with building permit procedures * Assist in technical Site DD for upcoming Italian CargoBeamer locations * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; experience with iTWO and SAP is advantageous * Fluent in Italian with professional English proficiency (minimum B2); German is a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
