/p pbYour responsibilities: /b /p ul liAnalyzing the regional application cases raised from local application specialists to provide the integral solution, and escalating to Global Technical Service if necessary.
/li liProviding the professional application services to regional KOL customers, establishing a good relationship with doctors and increasing the satisfaction of Mindray products and academic services.




/li liSupporting the first unit installation of new products in regions and ensuring the local team can provide good services and collect the problems or requirements properly after installation.
/li liOrganizing training programs for local application specialists to raise the profession and service ability.
Providing internal technical discussion or sharing within region to deliver application news and recent case sharing.
/li liSelf-developing the training materials and providing the qualified training program to internal, distributors and end users as a trainer, and helping the department develop internal trainers for further education events.
/li /ul pbWhat are we looking for in you?
/b /p ul liMore than 5 years of work experience with good service skills in IVD products, such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Immuno, Urine, Coagulation, and other IVD analyzers.
Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics and engineering service of IVD products.
/li liMore than 5 years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies or their distributors/partners.
/li libTechnical support background and Hematology experience is preferred /b /li liGraduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related.
/li liBeing familiar with the principle, functional characteristics and clinical application of IVD products.
/li liBeing familiar with application processes and customer relationship maintenance.




/li liExperience in delivering technical trainings of IVD products.
/li liExperience in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting.
/li liGood in both written and spoken English with fluent Italian.
/li liBeing familiar with Computer and Office Software (Word, Excel and PPT).
/li liCustomer orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
/li liPerfect organization skills; ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
/li liEnthusiasm together with a can?do attitude.
/li liWillingness to be in a field?based role, supporting customers and traveling is required to perform the role.
