/p pbAs a Specialist, and a valued member of the Milano Duomo team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /b /p ul liManage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
/li liFacilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
/li liSupport Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
/li liMonitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
/li liCoordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
/li liManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
/li liImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.




/li liTrain new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
/li liInteract trustfully openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.

/li /ul pbDo not hesitate to apply if you have: /b /p ul liMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
/li liKnowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
/li liDemonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
