Working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office), you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting administrative, commercial, and logistics activities to ensure the efficient management of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer claims.

/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare, process, and send customer quotations using SAP, while coordinating pricing activities.
/liliManage customer orders, including order entry, verification, production follow-up, and customer confirmations.
/liliCoordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates, communicating with customers, and resolving any delivery issues.
/liliProcess and monitor invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables.
/liliRegister, monitor, and manage customer claims, including cost validation.
/liliMaintain accurate documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliHigh school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree.
/liliMinimum of b5 years of experience /b in a similar commercial or customer service support role.




/liliFluent in bFrench and English /b, both written and spoken.
/liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
/liliBasic accounting knowledge and experience working with bSAP /b or a similar ERP system.
/liliStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
