You lead a small European team and act as the technical bridge for products, applications and dispensing equipment.
You will translate scientific expertise into practical, value-driven recommendations for customers and partners.
You'll work to improve efficiency, reduce costs and support market launches with clear, hands-on guidance.
/pulliLead the technical/applicational support strategy for France, Iberia and Italy aligned with European goals /liliManage and develop a four-person technical/scientific team across Europe /liliCollaborate with sales, marketing, technical service, RD and customer teams /liliProvide expert technical guidance on products, applications and equipment to field teams and customers /liliSupport opportunities, tenders and roll-outs with value-based recommendations /liliPartner with commercial teams to identify customer needs and drive efficiency and cost savings /liliBuild trusted technical relationships at customer sites via meetings, workshops,



audits and in-field support /liliLead troubleshooting and complaint support with product knowledge and quality processes /liliCoordinate field testing for European innovations and support launches /liliCapture market intelligence to identify gaps and inform portfolio improvements /liliWork with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and training priorities /liliChampion safe working practices during travel and on-site activities /liliMaster's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable technical discipline /liliFive years of experience in technical service, RD, product application support or related field with leadership responsibility /liliStrong customer focus and ability to translate technical expertise into business value /liliProven ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities across countries /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills (in-person and virtual) /liliStrong planning, organizational and strategic thinking skills with hands?on and digital mindset /liliFluency in English and Italian; Spanish language skills preferred /liliWillingness to travel up to 50% across the region /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
