We are looking for a Founder's Associate to help us grow by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.

The role:
As aFounder's Associate, you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to keep the company running smoothly: operationally, administratively, and culturally.
You'll be at the intersection ofexecution and organization, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while helping shape the processes and rhythms that make us better every week.
In the span of a week, you might focus on:
1) Operations & Coordination:
You'll help build a company that works smoothly and scales fast.
Coordinating projects, ensuring that bottlenecks are avoided and efficiency is maximised
Managing stakeholders, suppliers and service providers




Gaining an understanding of what is being done to ensure that nothing goes unseen
2) Strategic Projects:
Collaborate directly with the founders on strategic initiatives (fundraising, product launches, partnerships, etc.).
Conduct research and analysis to inform business and product strategy.
Turn insights into concrete actions to help JustSolve grow faster.
3) GTM Execution:
You'll help the sales team achieve outstanding results.
Directly participating in the GTM & sales activities
Analysing what worked well and what didn't, to quickly iterate
Directly work with clients to ensure visibility on needs and product improvement

Requirements:
Excellent academic and early working experience in fast-growing environments (startups, consulting,...)
Previous background in fintech startups preferred (not mandatory)
Excellent reasoning, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with AI tools and always spotting the best use cases
Fluent in Italian, confident in English
Comfortable working in afast-paced, high-ownership environment.
