What you will do

This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager. You will support the team in national and international transaction processes and asset management duties.

What you can expect

- Support underwriting of acquisitions, including development and management of financial models, market research, detailed property assessment and preparation of investment memoranda for internal and external investment committees
- Support due diligence process and deal execution
- Support initial deal analysis and review of new investment strategies
- Supporting all aspects of asset management duties for properties under management in Italy
- Interaction with professionals in various departments across Europe
- Assistance at cross‑functional and international projects with a focus on independent handling and quality assurance on large data sets
- Supporting the transaction processes, both for acquiring and disposing assets (can include quality assurance of data rooms, supporting the team with internal and external approval processes)
- Close interaction and collaboration with professionals in the various departments, such as Transaction, Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance




- Support our ESG specialists to realize the goal setting on GRESB results for our Real Estate Investment Funds

What you will bring

- Master’s degree / ongoing Master studies
- Relevant work experience based on other internships or as working student
- Proficient analytical, technical and writing skills including very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular strong Excel skills are advantageous)
- Must have strong Italian & English fluency (written and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular Excel)
- Very high degree of analytical competence
- Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
- Ability to function in a team‑oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
- Self‑starter with the ability to multi‑task on complex structures/deals with the ability to set priorities
