You will lead project teams, collaborate across EY, and translate market and industry insights into actionable strategies. You'll develop junior talents and drive client relationships while delivering structured engagements. The role blends strategy, transactions, and corporate finance to create practical value for leading companies.

Responsabilità





- Master in business engineering or economics; MBA a strong asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to shape agendas
- Experience in transaction processes and strategic questions
- Excellent people and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration and team management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, team player, and strong communicator
- Good knowledge of Office suite; English proficiency; familiarity with AI tools
