The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers.

You will develop, implement and manage the strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction and will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.

How you'll make an impact

- Understand and anticipate customer needs, handle complaints, provide solutions, adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, and continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement sales strategy; understand channel strategy; establish related prices; prepare sales plans; review and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Generate sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Support the tendering management process by reviewing RFQs, generating Bills of Quantity, price presentations, and other relevant tasks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality; record required information in the customer database; ensure technical reliability, safety,



and cost‑effective solutions; comply with health and safety directives; drive application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the account.

Your background

- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Automation / Electronic Engineering.
- 2+ years of working experience (experience in a Technical Sales role is a plus).
- Good analytical skills, proactive and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent ability to work in a team.
- Good knowledge of written/spoken English and Italian.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Driving licence.

Salary

Starting from 38,000 € gross. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
