As a Field Service Engineer for Stryker, you will install, maintain, repair and provide technical support for a broad portfolio of medical technologies across Central-Northern Italy. You will autonomously plan and manage your service territory, balancing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations while coordinating with hospital staff. This role combines hands‑on engineering with customer interaction in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. You will travel regionally, participate in international training when needed, and contribute to a high‑quality service experience that supports patient outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and calibration of Stryker electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Install new systems and support software and hardware upgrades.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers.
- Ensure work complies with Stryker quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Independently plan and manage annual service schedule across assigned territory.




- Coordinate customer visits and optimize based on priorities and availability.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and traceability using internal tools.
- Manage administrative tasks related to field activities, including reporting.
- Build professional relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to Product Managers and Sales team; elevate issues as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer experience through professional, responsive communication.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical service role.
- Experience servicing medical devices or complex technical equipment.
- Experience working in hospital environments is advantageous.
