Job Overview
We are seeking an articulate and results-driven individual for a French Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. This role is a cornerstone of our client's Customer Support Services division, where you will act as a vital point of contact, ensuring premium service delivery for French-speaking clients while advancing your career within the growing market for French-speaking jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional omnichannel customer support to French-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services sector

Analyze complex user issues and provide tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service efficiency

Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies for French-speaking markets

Meet and exceed performance targets and quality KPIs inherent to this French Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria

Continuously develop product knowledge to serve as an expert advisor to our diverse client base





Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay at the forefront of Customer Support Services industry trends

Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role

Valid EU passport (mandatory)

Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and solution-oriented problem solving

Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team structure

Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing environment is considered a distinct advantage
