Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking a DSS L1 Desktop Support professional for an on-site role in Italy. The position is a B2B freelance contract. You will provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with VPN connectivity.

You will diagnose Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and business apps, install and maintain desktops, and log incidents in the ticketing system. Strong communication and independent work in a on-site environment are essential, with 1–3
