Duties And Responsibilities

Provide consistent massages and body /facial treatments as directed in training classes

Recommend and up-sell services that fit the guest's needs

Communicate and describe accurately the spa offerings and their benefits

Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic,



helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues

Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area

Take care of the equipment and products used throughout the spa facility

Assist in all areas of the spa’s operation as directed by management

Requirements

Beautician degree

Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Beautician in a luxury hotel environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments

Self-motivation
