For more information, visit /p pbSales Area Manager Triveneto – Flender Italia S.r.l. /b /p pFlender Italy is looking for a Sales Area Manager who, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for developing, promoting and selling solutions from Flender's product portfolio (industrial gearboxes and couplings) in order to ensure the achievement of sales targets at customers based in Italy, in the Triveneto region.
/p pThe candidate will have to operate in the field of technical-commercial promotion with customers in the assigned territory, interfacing with the main machine manufacturers (OEMs), end customers and distributors, personally dealing with activities relating to the sizing of industrial gearboxes and couplings, as well as system configuration with electric motors.
/p h3What will my responsibilities be?
/h3 ul liPromote Flender products to customers in the assigned area and define the best technical and commercial proposal.
Follow up specific customers assigned outside the area, on the Italian territory.




/li liCarry out the sizing of industrial gearboxes and couplings and prepare technical-commercial offers based on the specifications provided by the customer.
/li liIdentification and develop growth opportunities and potentials with customers and prospects (Machine OEMs, Distributors, End Users) in the assigned area, with active and daily presence on the territory.
/li liManage relations with assigned customers, become an important point of reference in solving both pre-sales and post-sales technical and commercial issues.
/li liEnsure continuous feedback to all stakeholders involved in business activities and a follow-up of the activities undertaken.
/li liInterface with other business functions in Italy and Germany, such as Product Management, Logistics and Customer Service, in order to ensure the best support to customers.
/li liReport and be accountable for promotion and sales actions to the Sales Director of Flender Italy, respecting the planning of assigned activities and objectives.
/li liActively participate in events, workshops and trade fairs.
/li liInterface with the German parent company, in order to develop the best technical and commercial solution for the customer.
/li /ul h3What are the requirements for this job?
/h3 ul liProven experience in the promotion and sales of industrial gearboxes.
/li liResidence within the Triveneto area is preferable.
/li liStrong customer orientation and ability to propose the best technical and commercial solutions, propensity for teamwork both with internal contacts - sales, departmental colleagues and the German Head Office - and with external customers.
/li liExcellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.




Strong goal orientation, spirit of initiative and autonomy.
/li liDegree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent technical diploma.
/li liWillingness to travel frequently within Italy and willingness to undertake international assignments.
/li liFlexibility and openness to innovation and change.
/li liFluent knowledge of Italian and English, written and spoken.
