Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Senior Consultant
In Capgemini Invent, you help clients design and deliver large-scale enterprise transformations by aligning technology strategy, operating models, data and AI capabilities, and governance. You will shape end-to-end strategies, roadmaps and business cases, and guide AI-enabled operating models to scale responsibly. The role integrates technology, processes and organizational change to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a cross-functional, international environment where you contribute to transformation programs and modern technology initiatives.

Assess enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes to identify priorities and risks

Define Target Operating Models including governance, organization, processes, decision rights, sourcing and performance management

Shape transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases with executable initiatives and investment priorities

Design AI-enabled operating models, identify high-value use cases and establish governance and adoption mechanisms

Support enterprise architecture, cloud, data and digital transformation ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technology choices

Redesign cross-functional processes using automation, analytics, generative AI and product-oriented delivery models





Support SAP-enabled finance transformation across R2R, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, planning and reporting

3-6+ years in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy or related fields

Solid knowledge of cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise apps, software delivery and operations

Practical knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, governance and value measurement

Experience in designing Target Operating Models and translating them into organizational and technological requirements

Experience with collaboration, analysis and delivery tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro, ServiceNow)

Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments

Ability to connect SAP-enabled process design with enterprise architecture and change management

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to work in international, multi-stakeholder environments

Previous consulting experience and exposure to large-scale transformation programs (advantageous)
