As Trading Insights Specialist for FRIT, you will shape data-driven trading and coupon strategies to drive GMV and seller success.
You'll own the trading calendar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into executable campaigns.
You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and share learnings to continuously improve results.

Manage the FRIT trading and coupon campaign calendar aligned with priorities and seasonality
Develop campaign briefs translating objectives into hypotheses, targets, and success metrics
Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance and other teams for inputs and alignment on the trading plan
Configure, QA, and launch coupon/promotional campaigns with operational excellence
Coordinate with central product/ops on configuration changes and process improvements
Monitor key performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion, GMV, coupon utilization) and build dashboards




Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize mechanics, targeting, creatives, and placements
Document post-mortems, playbooks, and standard processes to drive continuous improvement
Responsabilità
+5 years in e-commerce trading, category management, finance, analytics, or similar data-driven roles
Strong analytical skills; able to build performance views and translate insights into actions
Excellent communication and collaboration to synthesize insights into clear narratives
Proficient in English and Italian; French a plus
Hands?on experience with analytics/BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker; advanced Excel/Sheets a plus)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in a commercial context
Familiarity with couponing, promotions, and pricing mechanics in e-commerce
Experience in online marketplaces with Italian and broader European e-commerce landscape
