Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned market, driving Golf, Sports and Entertainment business for Castiglion del Bosco.
You act as the brand ambassador, collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to grow accounts and exceed client expectations.
You will leverage Salesforce and coordinate with Events Sales to maximize opportunities, while shaping the Sales & Marketing strategy and delivering compelling client presentations.
You join a high-performance, growth-focused luxury hotel with global expansion ambitions.

Analyze trends to contribute to Sales & Marketing strategy and provide actionable insights
Build SMART key account plans with clear objectives,



timelines, and conversion strategies
Engage decision-makers at all levels and adapt sales approaches to secure new business
Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations
ResponsabilitàMinimum 3 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and Opera PMS
Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and verbal communication
Strong relationship-building, xysqume attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills
Team player who contributes to a positive and ambitious culture
Proactive mindset with willingness to mentor others and support development initiatives
Personal interest in Sports and Golf is appreciated
