ppReporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, the FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team within IO. /p pResponsible for delivering effective IT support on‑site or remotely across the FSS perimeter for corporate sites located in the Milano metropolitan area and the retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group. /p pAssist in continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level, aligning with Group IT and business objectives.
