Unobravo is seeking a Head of Growth to own the Italy B2C growth strategy end-to-end. You will translate company objectives into a full-funnel plan, guiding initiatives across awareness, consideration, and conversion while partnering with Brand, Paid Media, CRM, and SEO to ensure coherent execution.
You’ll manage new-patient growth in Italy, optimize LTV/CAC, and lead budget shifts across channels. This role reports to the CMO and requires senior stakeholder influence.
