ppWe are seeking an MA specialist who will support the end‑to‑end MA process, from market scouting to post‑merger integration, in a dynamic technology‑driven environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the end‑to‑end MA process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle. /li liAssist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking. /li liContribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments. /li liContribute to the preparation of investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management. /li liSupport due diligence activities across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external advisors. /li liAssist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors. /li liMaintain MA documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, MA advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles. /li liPrevious experience in Big Four or advisory firms is preferred, but not mandatory. /li liSolid financial analysis and modeling skills, with a strong understanding of valuation fundamentals.
