The Bid Manager supports the Business Development Tendering Department, focusing on high-quality, differentiated tenders that leverage Alstom’s global capabilities. The Bid Manager works closely with the Bid Director, resource owners, work package managers, support functions, participating Alstom units, platforms and métiers, and the proposals team to deliver binding, deliverable, competitive, and differentiated tender submissions. /p h3Person Specification /h3 pIn this key leadership position, you’ll be significantly experienced with a successful track record. You’ll bring existing relationships and strong actor bonds, leading major pursuits in the rail industry and ideally understanding the SSI landscape and channels to market. Experience with Network Rail and New Engineering Contract contracts is desirable. Customer relationship management is key; substantial stakeholder management experience, confident presentation skills and strong relationships with both internal and external customers are essential.
