ResponsibilitiesInstalling and repairing filling and packaging machines, in field installations
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
Diagnosing breakdown problems and analyzing malfunctions
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Documenting all inspections, maintenance, service work, and submitting paperwork in a timely basis
Studying blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to install/set up machines or machine upgrades
Consulting with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance
Advising management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements
Complying with and ensuring compliance with company health, safety and environmental policies
QualificationsVocational training as a mechatronics technician or electrician, knowledge of aseptic filling machines
Basic electric/electronic skills
Analytical and structured way of thinking and acting




Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
High level of commitment, motivation, willingness to learn, flexibility and willingness to work overtime
Ability to report in a structured manner
Willingness to travel (Italy, Europe)
Good Italian and English language skills, written and spoken
Minimum 5 years of experience in service/maintenance of automatic machines (mechanical, electric/electronic would be a plus)
