You will serve as a short?term, client?facing project manager, executing project plans, driving change management, and ensuring client utilization and optimization of LinkedIn's new AI Agent, Hiring Assistant, and other Talent Solutions.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead customers through defined implementation engagements focused on change management, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption.
/li liExecute and adapt project plans to guide clients through strategic milestones with an eye toward long?term impact.
/li liConduct consultative sessions to help customers navigate change, drive adoption, and align LTS tools with their recruiting strategy.
/li liDeliver virtual experiences that are engaging, strategic, and aligned to business outcomes.
/li liPartner with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer, providing feedback to enhance solutions and future strategy.
/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, Change Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Consultancy, and/or Training roles.
/li liBusiness fluency in Italian and English.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional, authentic, and confident presence and communication style.




/li liExperience working with multiple customers with strong prioritization skills.
/li liAbility to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships.
/li liConsultative approach to training and leading through change.
/li liStrong ability to derive insight from utilization data to address client goals.
/li liExcellent problem?solving and collaboration skills.
/li liAbility to learn quickly and have bright technical aptitude.
/li liFirst?hand experience with virtual webinar tools, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and LinkedIn products.
/li liProject?management certification.
/li /ul h3Suggested Skills /h3 ul liAccount Management /li liProject Management /li liConsulting /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pPay range: €56,000 to €67,000 per year with an annual performance premio of 0–10 %.
Total rewards may include stock, healthcare, meal vouchers, and other incentive compensation plans.
Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and certifications.
