TheSeniorProject Manager will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from licensing process to handover to final client. Manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors,etc..

Reviews regular progress reports andmakesstaffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Monitor, administer and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities.
- Verify andvalidateland leases.
- Manage the activities necessary to incorporate the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
- Verify andvalidatedesign choices.
- Monitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts.
- Preparationofmonthlyreporting.




- Administration and control of Budgets.
- SupportingM&Aactivities.;
- Ongoing coordination with Procurement and construction functions.
- Verify andvalidateadditions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies.
- Attend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.
- Complete the handover to the business functions prepared for the construction, i.e., sale, of the authorized plant.
- Ensure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business.

Requirements

- UniversityDegree inEngineering
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledgeoftheenergymarket
- ConstructionProject Management
- PositiveLeadership
- AdaptabilityandProactivity
- Fluencyin Englishis mandatory
