As Global Product Portfolio Manager, you drive the long-term profitable growth of the product portfolio within Energy Industries. You align with R&D;, Operations, Sales and Marketing to deliver winning solutions across the product lifecycle. You balance technical and customer needs while shaping go-to-market and roadmap decisions. This role partners with Sustainability & Process Performance leadership to advance a cleaner, smarter energy future and influence cross-functional execution.

- Define and execute the overall product portfolio strategy for EN Autonomous Operations & Energy Optimization
- Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D; to create roadmaps and prioritize new Developments to hit targets
- Translate market needs and customer requirements into clear value propositions and technical requirementsOwn go-to-market messaging, content for segments, and sales demos; maintain internal and external communications




- Identify new market opportunities and support business development and potential M&A; initiatives
- Drive yearly orders, margin and financial targets for the product portfolio
- Master's degree in chemical, control or electrical engineering, or equivalent
- 15+ years in product management with energy, process and emissions optimization experience
- Knowledge of software-related business models for energy industry segments
- Understanding of modern product development approaches and ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI)
- Experience in energy industries (refineries, chemicals, petrochemicals, power generation)
- Ability to translate concepts into value propositions and requirements
- Strong communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills
