Nextpower, a leading solar tracking and storage innovator, seeks a Sr Structural Engineer to join Europe Project Engineering from Italy. You will manage structural engineering decisions for utility-scale PV projects, lead technical reviews, and mentor a multinational engineering team.

You will coordinate with teams across the US, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and India, ensuring compliance with Italian NTC and Eurocodes, while developing design tools and supporting business growth.
